New Heyo MailChimp Integration Carries Momentum into February
The year is off to a fast start here at Heyo! On the heels of releasing a new mobile publish experience in November and a completely redesigned Campaign Builder in December, last week we launched a brand new dashboard with built-in analytics. Phew! That’s a lot! But we never tire of improving our product here at Heyo and we’d like to keep our momentum going right into February – wait, is it really February already? Onward!
Without further ado, we are pleased to announce the release of our MailChimp integration, which went live on Friday. This integration features two powerful new tools: Premium Templates that send new leads straight to your MailChimp list and a new, customizable MailChimp widget.

How to Set Up the Heyo MailChimp Integration on Your Premium Templates
MailChimp is integrated into all of our premium templates with the exception of the “Sales” template. Pick the premium template of your choice and there it is – the email sign-up form comes all “MailChimped” up and is just waiting for you to click on it.
Clicking on the email sign-up form will bring up the “Connect to MailChimp” option on the right-hand toolbar, which in turn, when clicked, will prompt you to provide your MailChimp login information. Enter your info and press the “Log In” button to synchronize your Heyo and MailChimp accounts.
Once you have synchronized your account you can choose which MailChimp list you’d like your leads to automatically export to. All done. See how easy that was? You can rest easy knowing your leads are in good hands.
How to Use the Heyo MailChimp Integration Widget
Want to go with something other than a premium template? We’ve got you covered – keep reading to get the lowdown on our MailChimp widget. This widget makes it easy for you to customize and drop your own email sign-up form right into any template – just drag and drop the MailChimp widget from the right-hand toolbar into your campaign canvas.
Customize the MailChimp widget however you see fit – size, color, and font are just some of the options to choose from. Once you’ve styled it to your liking click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the toolbar. All you have to do now is click on the sign-up form like you did before with the premium template and follow the same directions for logging in. Look at that! You’re all done with your customized email sign-up form and you didn’t even have to mess with any code.
