Infographics are everywhere but what made them so successful?
This infographic exposes the science behind the boom.
HTML5 has allowed us to present information in an a way that’s even more visual than a static infographic. It re-imagines the scrolling aspect of viewing an infographic and turns it into a design piece all on its own.
Throw in some interactivity with source links and the ability to tweet a quote directly from the page, we think you’ll be happily satisfied with what we’ve done.
Our infographic works on all devices and is the most effective on a touchscreen display such as an iPad.
Even if you’re viewing on a computer monitor using a scrolling mouse wheel, you can achieve the best effect by clicking in the scroll wheel and navigating down the page at a steady speed.
This is when the parallax aspect really comes into its own!
