    Hi Sharon, thanks for these tips. I especially like #6, headlines and headers and the SEO that loves them. My biggest problems are writers block and finding the time to write.
    Maybe I should be one of those proofreaders. You may want to change this in your first paragraph: “where they can interview candidates and, and enjoy an open channel of communication with who they’re working with” to “where they can interview candidates and enjoy an open channel of communication.”
